Everything you need to know about your dumpster rental.

It’s simple. Book online or call us, choose a 20 or 30 yard dumpster, and pick your delivery date. We deliver between 8 AM–8 PM and will text or call when we’re on the way with your dumpster. Fill it up at your own pace (you get up to 14 days), then call or text us when you’re done and we’ll pick it up promptly. If we don’t hear from you, we automatically pick up on day 14, so please call or text us if you need it longer.

We offer two sizes that cover the vast majority of residential and commercial projects. Our 20-yard dumpster (22′ × 8′ × 4′) holds about 6 pickup truck loads — ideal for garage cleanouts, bathroom remodels, and roofing tear-offs. Our 30-yard dumpster (22′ × 8′ × 6′) holds about 9 pickup truck loads — best for major renovations, new construction, and large estate cleanouts. Not sure which one? Our 20-yard dumpster starts at $335 and our 30-yard starts at $355. Both include up to 14 days of rental time with flat-rate, transparent pricing — no hidden fees. All orders require payment on or before delivery.

Every rental includes up to 14 days — one of the longest standard rental periods in the area. Need more time? Just let us know and we’ll work out a flexible extension so your project stays on track.

We accept most types of waste including household junk, furniture, construction debris, roofing materials, mattresses, and electronics. Appliances, light fixtures, and LED bulbs are accepted but subject to a $75 surcharge per item.

We DO NOT accept liquids, concrete, dirt, or bricks — if a dumpster is loaded with restricted materials and our trucks can’t haul it, you’ll be responsible for emptying it and may incur additional charges. Hazardous materials such as chemicals, batteries, tires, and paint are also prohibited. Not sure about a specific item? Give us a call.

No problem — this happens often as projects grow. We offer swap-outs during your rental period. We’ll pick up your full dumpster and drop off an empty one so your project doesn’t skip a beat. Contact us to discuss pricing and scheduling for a swap-out.

No — you don’t need to be present for delivery. Just make sure the placement area is clear and accessible, and provide any special instructions when you book. We’ll place it exactly where you need it.

We can place dumpsters on driveways, concrete, asphalt, dirt, or grass — as long as the surface can support the weight. We place protective boards under the dumpster to prevent property damage. You’ll need a space at least 15 feet long and 10 feet wide — roughly the size of a pickup truck or SUV.

If you’re placing the dumpster on your own driveway or private property, you typically don’t need a permit. If it needs to go on a public street or sidewalk, a local permit may be required.

If your dumpster exceeds that limit, additional charges apply based on the overage. All of our trucks are weighed at the landfill facility and any excess is billed to the customer. To avoid overages, avoid loading heavy materials like wet debris or dense construction waste beyond the fill line.

Normal wear and tear is on us — that’s expected. However, if damage occurs due to negligence, such as loading with heavy equipment and hitting the side of the dumpster, you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs. To keep things safe and simple, we ask that all dumpsters be loaded by hand only, not with machinery.
